Lately, I have been daring my clients to blaze their own trail. Think outside the box, do crazy fun things and make their sessions and wedding day TOTALLY unique and most importantly MEMORABLE! Oscar and Laura took this to heart when they called and asked E and I to hike to the top of Rattlesnake Lake with them for their engagement photos. THEN, while the whole entire week was slated for beautiful sunny weather, our shoot day was scheduled to pour rain in true Seattle fashion. AND IT DID. From noon until our shoot in the evening, Mother Nature had it in for us. Laura assured me she thought the rain would only be the cherry on top of her engagement photos and I could NOT agree more! Was it a challenge? YES. Did we get wet? SOAKED. Were we freezing? TO THE CORE. But, every last shot and the memory we created doing this shoot, made every second worthwhile for not only them, but for us!
