Now, I want you to sit here and really THINK on this. I am not talking about (or about to show you) one of those awful snazzy snapfish, or blurb books or a cheesy albums that you can get at Costco or with a groupon, or one you THINK you might print after your photographer gives you your wedding photos. Picture this: you slave for hours to search for that old hard drive that you think you saved your wedding photos to a couple years ago… and then you just end up going to facebook and hitting “download” on all the ones you uploaded to a random facebook “album” because you can’t find said hard drive, only to put them into some software online to be told the resolution is too low. When you finally dig up that old hard drive and the photos, you then begin the process of trying to layout all your photos in a halfway decent manner and not overfill the book, or add so many photos that you will never actually flip through all those flimsy pages (that will likely just get ripped anyway)…. so why not just settle for looking at the couple wedding photos you have on your phone? Ew. No.
NOW, picture this: He is running late to get home and you are irritated and just wanted to spend the evening together. So you pick up that glass of wine and happen to open your album that’s already sitting on your coffee table only a couple months after your wedding… only to be reminded of how much you adored his hands on your face when he kisses you or that first dance that had the whole room of guests staring at you even though you felt like it was just the two of you. Then there is that photo of him tearing up as he read his promises to you, or when your dad pulled back from your arm and shook his hand, as an act of love. I am talking about an heirloom album that you will open up, smell the beautiful leather, see the smooth thick board pages and then FEEL the emotions from that day as your eyes well up with tears year after year as you sit down on your 1 year anniversary and then your 5 year and 15 year anniversary and you look back on the amazing moments you lived as a couple right there on your wedding day. It’s my hearts desire that each and every one of my clients has this experience and that one day, just MAYBE, looking at your photos in print will actually cool down that argument, they might give you just a few more minutes of grace for that frustrating thing your spouse just did. Your images might just remind you WHY you married that person in the first place. THAT is the power I want your images to fill your heart and your home with when you order your album from us. Why wouldn’t you want that power and that magic? It’s yours for the taking and we are here to make it happen.
