When it rains, it pours right? Well that was TRULY the case at Angelica and Zach’s wedding! The rain did not let up even an OUNCE during their big day, and they did absolutely were NOT going to let that hinder their day! Take a look at Angelica, being the BEST BRIDE EVER and embracing the “ombre mud” look on the bottom of her gown… even BEFORE the ceremony! Now THATS what I call blazing your own trail! You see, you only where your gown once… and yes, it got muddy before people saw it… but did anyone notice? Nope! She just embraced it and make it a fun memory from the day! What’s the sense in fussing over a bit of grass or dirt on your dress, some rain hitting your hair or even mud? Because realistically, the day is about the two of you and not how pristine you can keep your gown! Dairyland in Snohomish provided a beautiful backdrop for the wedding planned and designed by Bixby+Pine, including so many awesome sustainable elements such as, the center pieces that were planter boxes for the bride and groom to take home and use in their new garden, the invitations that were made by Letter and Line Studio which were “seed paper” and guests could plant the invitation in their garden and flowers will bloom!
