Earlier this year, I was “set up” with Tricia by my hairdresser, Chelsea,  (turned friend) who happens to be her best friend. (following along?) Chelsea knew that Tricia and I would be two peas in a pod and I must admit I was a bit nervous that this bride was just ready to book me via e-mail and not actually meet up! Low an behold, when it came time to book her engagement session (that was totally epic and you can see it here) Tricia and Patrick asked me if they could “fly me down” for their session and my first thought was “Where the heck do you live?!” .. somehow I had NO CLUE that these two lived in sunny Arizona and planned on getting married in Washington later in the year! Well, I  must admit that Patrick, Tricia, E and I were SO SO blessed to be “set up” because we have a new found friendship that has built many memories through the process of photographing them in Sedona, AZ and here in Washington for their wedding. I am forever blessed by Tricia’s text messages saying how much she loves each and every image I post of them, as well as Patrick texting me a photo of Tricia (out of the blue one day) doing “The Tonie Face” (are you in the dark about the tonie face? You can see it here on IG and check out the #thetonieface too) That being said, it’s my prayer that every single one of my clients and I have this kind of relationship and so so many memories through the process, because it truly has been a pleasure to get to know these two.
