StitchFix is so adorable! I am so glad I just had the experience and I for sure think if you are struggling with “finding your style” or just feel a little “stuck” this is perfect for you!
Let me explain…. I saw a link posted on Facebook so I checked it out. Basically, in a nutshell, you fill out a “profile” of your style, or what you WANT your style to be. A stylist puts together a few items and mails them to you! The cost is $20 for the styling fee, BUT when you get your box, if you end up purchasing anything, that $20 comes off the top! So you essentially get it back. Also, you should for sure use a referral link (here is mine: https://www.stitchfix.com/referral/3354789 ) because when friends order their box, you get a $25 credit as well!
I got:
2 silky tops 1 cute maroon and cream scarf 1 pair of wine colored pants 1 “Little black dress”So here is a little glimpse of my experience and the outfits I got! Have questions? Ask them at the bottom and I will reply back! OH! I decided to keep the wine colored pants! The busy “herringbone” striped top was not really my style at all, but actually loved how it fit! The blue top was so cute and fit great and the little black dress was a tiny bit to big and not my favorite shape on me…. SO, I just let my stylist know that feedback and she will take that into consideration when she ships out my next box! YAY! Can hardly wait until my next one!
LOVE the little style cards on suggestions on how to wear the items! I will keep these no matter what and they can help me make NEW outfits of what I already own too! One other awesome part is that you get to just drop off this package and it’s PAID shipping back! Stitch Fix provides the envelope! YAY for ease of that part of it!
Awesome! I cannot wait to get my box in Feb!
The blue top is my least favorite and I like all the other ones! 🙂 That’s just the humble opinion of your ol mom! 🙂
I actually really like the herringbone… Maybe with a lower neckline to lighten up the pattern
I’ll have to try this sometime! Thanks for the tip! 🙂
Tonie – are the items good quality/reasonably priced? BTW, the clothes you got looked really cute! Loved the dress and the pants!
Just got my first fix! Kept 3 out of the 5 – a cute pair of jeans that fit like a glove, a nice filmy black top, and a grey and black dolman tunic sweater. I’m amazed they found jeans for me that fit so well. I usually have to search high and low! Can’t wait for my next fix! Tonie, I love the wine pants you kept so cute! Liked the scarf also. Herringbone would have been better with a different neckline maybe?
I loved the black dress on you though!
