I always love a great pair of ripped up jeans! Even when I feel like I make them MORE ripped when I kneel down or anything, I still love the look and really like how they are perfect for spring! Cuffing the bottom up a little means you can rock some heels for a night out, or like me, throw on my favorite winter booties to get more use out of them and still keep my feet dry on the more rainy days of spring here in Seattle. 😉

Hasty girl is VERY talkative these days so photos tend to be a BIT more candid haha! 😉 But I paired my ripped jeans with a flowy top with a bold print and tucked it slightly into my belt to still show my shape a little and not feel lost in a cute oversized shirt.

This little light weight combo-jacket had leather and fabric on it, making it a perfect spring choice as its still breathable and I can move around easily picking Hastings up and playing with her! A total win for me! When you find a light weight faux leather jacket you love, make sure if it is “faux leather” that it has a great look and touch to it! Some of them just look and feel really “plasticy” and look cheap, but there are tons out there that are cost effective and feel and look real! Nordstrom carries a few “Vegan Leather” and that’s a great place to start. I also look for ones that have a bit of a shape to it or has pockets because those are a bonus to me! If you are new to “Closet Shopping with Tonie Christine” all you do is visit Pinterst, pin outfits you love and find pieces in your closet that emulate those to re-create it and “re-shop” your own wardrobe!  Ultimately you can identify a few staple pieces that your closet is in need of, but realistically, you can make TONS of new outfits like I do!
